I had a friend buy human hair for me in miami because I knew it wouldn't be as expensive as it is where I live and I told her I want 100% human hair and she came back with this brand Onyx and they're affiliated with Black Diamond but I really think the hair is fake it doesn't feel as soft as real hair and to test it I put my straightner on the hottest level and it smelt like burnt barbie hair lol. I'm soo mad I just want to know if anyone has used this brand before and how it worked out for them since I'm gonna be stuck with this hair a couple weeks, or however long it lasts!

I personally use this hair for quick weaves. I throw it in, wear it for 2 or 3 weeks and throw it out. It's pretty silky not a close match like milky way or anything but I feel like it holds up pretty well and blends well. Also I don't have a problem with shedding && its cheap. I wouldn't sew it in or leave it in for more than a month TOPS but it does the job...I love it.

It looks really realistic, really good blending. But it would probably last 2 weeks maximum. It's good for extreme emergencies .

Onyx is not 100% human hair....it has additives;) anywho that hair is really like less than $20 for a 14" As you know, there are a certain amount of fiber/animal hair...etc that companies can add to their product and still call it 100%! At my local BS, it's not even sold behind the counter! I hope you did not pay a lot for it!

My niece just had some ONYC Curly Addiction hair. Didn't have it in long enough to do a review. The installer did a horrendous job and she took it down within 24 hrs. It was a perfect match for her natural texture though.
nevermind, lol. I misread.
