I went to the doc and got something a couple days ago to help me gain. Cyproheptadine and and mirtazapine are really good. You don't even have to take it that often once it starts working.

Was always always thin. Now I'm going back on the weight loss and
workout tip. I don't want to go back to 105 lbs but I am looking to get
back to healthy. I changed up my eating, plus stress and slacking on the
workouts=lbs....good luck to you OP. Don't be tied to the scale. Just
work on changing. You don't want to hurt your self.

I was always slim in high school, about a size 3/4, In college I started taking BC and got up to a size 9, and I did not like it! The thing about weight gain you can not control where it goes, and mine went straight to my waist, stomach, and breast! It was very uncomfortable for me because tat was not what my body had been used to, so I stopped the BC, changed my diet, and started working out. I'm back to a size 4/6 and couldn't be happier.

yes. I weighed about 142. I'm 5'7 and I was a varsity soccer player among other sports. I was thick but muscle thick.

I was a size 2/3 in HS. I was called 'bones' by bigger women. I purposely attempted to gain weight on and off for years, now I want to lose and go back to like a size 7.
I honestly will say, don't force yourself to gain weight, it is not worth it.

I suppose you're talking about me. Southern isn't in New Orleans so... and my dad's from DC born in Philly. Got that backwards. He was born in DC raised in Philly.
