Checking in. After 3 full days on Bethel 30, and being on the strict diet.....I'm down 5 lbs!!!!!

Guess I'm the only one posting, but it's all good.
I got back on the scale today, just being curious. Lost 3 more lbs!!! That's a total of only 4 full days on Bethel 30! It's really amazing!! I am following the diet to a 'T', though. I thought it would be hard, but this formula really suppresses my appetite like u would not believe! Truly amazed. At the rate I'm going, I'll get to my goal by the end of next week! :-)

2 more lbs down!!!  That's a total of 10 pounds down in only 6 full days!!  This diet is amazing.  I am sticking to the diet to a "T", which is not hard since these pills supress my appetite completely. 8lbs to my goal!!  I'm psyched!!!!  Wink
