Regimen: Walking for an hour and fifteen minutes at least three times a week. Some form of exercise EVERYDAY for seventeen minutes. No Soda for the next 90 days.

Start Date: July 2006 Beginning weight: 217
Current weight: 174 Total lbs for goal:24 Total lbs lost so far for goal: 43 Regimen: I hired a personal trainer initially and when I got to about 190 lbs, I started on my own. I have done it all ladies! I have done Beach Body workouts, Insanity and P90x. I got to 160 lbs. by myself and then had to stop after a surgery. So, while recovering I had to take prednisone which made me gain about 10lbs.  and I gained the four with my infatuation with food!!  I tired Oxy Elite Pro and they are such a temporary fix I decided to stop them. So here I am! I guess I could start working out again..... but right now I just lack ALLLLL motivation. Soooooo my regimen will be to continue eating about 1200 calories or less Mon-Fri and I'm going to start Slim 1 when it arrives. I'll keep y'all updated!!

I have heard about the plan know as Dukan Diet and i have also herd that it is really beneficial and 100% working..

Hey, I am new to the forum (Hi everyone  ) but I have been following your posts and was wondering what supplements you have been taking for that extreme of weight loss? I had a baby 10 wks ago and am desperate to lose 30 more pounds! Lol
