Start Date: TODAY  Beginning weight: 154 Current weight: 154 Goal weight: 134 Regimen: Quick workout before every shower...if I don't workout that day then I just eat lighter The plan is to avoid drinking anything except water (no soda, juice, coffee etc). Also planning to avoid red meat.

Current weight: 238 (Maybe less but the last time I got on the scale I was this weight).
Goal weight: 128 pounds by September 2012
I will be checking in next month. Hopefully I will have lost 15 pounds by then. In the past, I was not serious about losing weight but I am now so I am sure I will meet my first goal. And, after I check in next month, I will come back every 3 months to let you all know how I'm doing.

hello all, I just re-re-re-re-re-re started my journey (yes, that many times and then some!) Lost 6lbs my 1st week, 2nd week weigh in is tuesday and I'm hoping for at least a 3lb loss.

I started off at my worst weight ever starting weight : 246 current weight : 235 height : 5'7 i want to lose more but im trying figure what my goal weight would be
