well i startd about a month ago at 242 now i weigh 219 which is great lost 22 lbs no exercise once so ever but i will strt just to help results

I wanna start!!

Start Date: 9/11/1011
Beginning weight: 204
Current weight: 204
Total lbs for goal:25
Total lbs lost so far for goal:0
Regimen: Exercise 3 to 4 days a week. 1 mile elliptical above 6mph and 2 miles or 15-20mins on the bike. Also 30-50 crunches.
Food: Taking an appettite suppressant and eating about 1000 calories a day. Will be taking some lean protein shakes as well as something to promote muscle growth.
Water: At least 32 ounces a day.
Other: Colon Cleanser to begin for a week, then a week off then a week back on...to flush out my system and promote regularity. 

--> After the first 20 pounds are dropped i will begin a body sculpting phase where i will loose another 15- 20 pounds, use butt cream for growth and ACV/coconut oil to flatten the tummy. As well as do workouts that do more to tone my body.
