Hello Ladies and gentlemen (if any)
Start Date: March 2011 Beginning weight: 256 Current weight: 190 Total lbs for goal:106 Total lbs lost so far for goal: 66 Regimen: I only been eating 5 to 6 small meals. No real exercise. I guess that is why it took me so long. I did join the gym last week and swim laps 30 min (3x's a week to build my breathing up) Today I will do weight training. I am still mapping out what I am going to do and how I can fit it into my busy schedule. Now since I am working from home on my part-time job I can do more

I'm so ashamed, ya'll. I've gained 27 pounds in the past 2 months. So, I'm up to 234 pounds right now. I have never been this big. I gained all this weight when I went to New Orleans for vacation. I am going to have to start from scratch but I gotta do it. I will be checking in once a month from now on. I just started taking my oxy elite pros, again, so it's helping me fight my hunger. Today is my first day back on my weight loss journey. Please wish me luck!

Hello everyone! I'm new here and I've specifically joined because of the fitness forums. My stats are in my signature but I'll go ahead and post them.
Start Date: June 2011 Beginning weight: 255 Current weight: 225 Total lbs for goal: 56 Total lbs lost so far for goal: 30 Regimen:
I do cardio everyday. A brisk walk for 30 minutes to an hour depending on how I'm feeling. Either outside or I walk in place while watching a movie I strength train 3 times a week. This week I've just started doing 2 sets/25 reps bicycle crunches and push ups in the morning and before I've gone to bed. I eat between 1200 and 1600. I still eat potatoes and sweets. I just eat them in smaller portions. I also watch my carbs. I only drink green tea and water. Wine and soda on occasion.
I've really slacked off for the past 3 weeks. I could've been further along but I've been right back on it this week.
My goal is to be out the 200s by November 16.

I had to go ahead and make myself step on a scale at work. Havent weighed in since I started phase II. Granted, I have not been going hardcore on my journey since I first began phase II, but 7 pounds in a little over 2 weeks is good for me. So that means I have 12 more pounds until I hit 200 and likely another 15 pounds after then I am completely done. Then I can start maitenence which I have not gotten close enough to my goal to start planning that out just yet. I hope everyone is doing great and holding steady on their weight loss goals beacause this is by no means easy but it is worth it though. :) New pictures to come when I get to 200 pounds.

Just a quick check in.
August was a hard month for me. With decreased motivation
due to a plateau, I though about giving up. BUT I decided to step on the scale
this morning. Something just felt good about today. So when the scale read
217.4, I just about died!!
Plateau over! I’m back on track
