(eventually)



This is my last day on M.C
I am on the fence as to whether or not I should start Low-Carb, or Juice for a few days. Leaning more towards Low Carb because of the variety, and after drinking Lemonade for 15 days, I don't think I can handle another 'juice'.

Not sure how much, if any weight I can lose on this last day, so I am of the mind set that I will be on my own for the last 12 lbs

Week-1 on LCHF

S.W....162.0 lbs

C.W.......166.8 lbs

L.W.......0.0 lbs

G.W.......145.0 lbs



My first week of LCHF was a learning experience. Fortunately I weighed daily and saw the upward trend. It was not until the 7th day, I realized that I was having one salad too many.   When I made that change I lost 2 lbs overnight.
Hopefully I will continue to lose weight.
I have changed my goal weight.

It's a bit puzzling, but I have actually lost 2 lbs

Since weighing last week, I actually gained a few, and weighed a max of 169.7 lbs.   So I am most likely on a downward trend.   I hope.

what is senna1300? does it work as good as the old oxyelite formula?

Senna is related to Cassia (Castor Oil). It is a purgative.

Not sure what Oxyelite is.

Weight remained at 167.7 lbs all week. At least I know how to maintain my weigh
But how about dropping a few lbs
Will start Raspberry Ketones as soon as they arrive.   Have on hand 500 mg RK, but don't want to start with that high dosage.

I got serious about my weight-loss journey about a week and a half ago – right now I’m on day 10.  My philosophy is, “Slow and steady wins the race.”  Before I would try and follow other people’s journeys; however, I’ve decided not to do that because I always fall short, become discouraged, and ultimately give up.  Doing it my way – walking for about 40 minutes a day and eating “cleaner” – has helped me to lose 3 pounds in just 10 days!  I’m so happy with my progress and even happier about the fact that I’ve stuck with this journey Star

I did have a cheat day yesterday.  I overate, failed to walk, and indulged in junk food and snacks (a serving of chips and a GF pizza).  The food didn’t even taste the same.  I wish that I would have stuck with my initial thought and ate the food that I had.  I’m back on it today Clap

I lost 14 pounds last month eating protein and high fat (basically, atkins). Hopeing for another successful month in July.
