Start Date: July 25, 2013
Beginning weight: (if you want to post it) I'm not 100% sure, but the last time I was weighed, I weighed 145 pounds. It's possible that I weigh anywhere from 145 - 150.

Total lbs for goal: Depending on how much I actually weigh, 25 - 30 pounds.
Total lbs lost so far for goal: 0 - I haven't started yet.
Regimen:

 
  • No more sodas (not even Ginger Ale)! Seriously cut down on the amount of juice I drink a week -- no more than 2 glasses a week.
  • Drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water daily.
  • Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables.
  • Limit the amount of snacking, unless I'm snacking on veggies or fruit.
  • Attempt Insanity. OR, find a routine that works for me and stick with it.
  • Eat three meals a day with snacks in between.

Regimen: 

1. Limited caloric intake

2. Intermittent Fasting

3. Carb timing

4. Eating clean, lean, and green!  No processed foods.

5. Lots of ice cold water (with lemon) and steaming hot tea!

6. Lots of exercise (cardio, interval training, and strength training)!

Beginning weight: 157 lbs 
Current weight: 135 lbs
Goal weight: 128-130 lbs

Technically I started my weight loss journey back in Jan 2012 and by the time it was August 2012 I had gotten down to 137 lbs and lost 20 lbs, but I never managed to reach my goal. In late August of 2012 I went back to school and lost track of my goals and my weight fluctuated between 141-145 lbs. When I came back home in May 2013 I weighed 142 lbs and decided that this summer I would finally push myself to the goal weight I had set up back in 2012. Since then I've lost about 7 lbs. 

Regimen: Clean eating. Lots of Fruits, whole grains, nuts, vegetables and healthily prepared meals. Eating 4-5 meals a day. Eating 1460-1500 calories daily, never eating less than 1200 calories. Switching to about 1900 calories daily after I reach my goal to maintain. No junk or fast food, cutting down on sweets and processed foods. Keeping track of what I eat on myfitnesspal and regularly updating my food and exercise diary. No eating after 8:30. Drinking only water and tea, using only honey as a sweetener. Drinking lots of water, at least 8 glasses a day. Drinking 16 oz of water first thing when I wake up to jump start my metabolism. Exercising 4 times a week at least, with cardio and strength training. Weightlifting. Do more stretching--which I tend to skip out on-- for flexibility and better performance. Tracking my workouts.

Total lbs lost as of what date: 19.2 as of 8/15/13
How many lbs till goal: 23.4
Changes in regimen: Still on HCG. Dropped the yoga because it was getting in the way of my weight loss. I will pick it up again as soon as I stop these injections.

Regimen: Increase in fresh fruit and veggies. Increase water intake . 30 min workouts 3 days a week.

I'm 163 instead of 170 though.

 Regimen:   I'm "cheating" w/ ole reliable- Phetermine 37.5. Took 1/2 at 9:00 am, been drinking water all morning.
