5 more lbs to my goal!!!!  The Senna 1300 is not working for some reason.  I've ordered the other kind.  i'm sure that is why my loss has slowed just a bit.  I cannot complain about 13 lbs in 13 days though.  I feel great!!!!

Weight loss to goal weit 32.4

Regimen : drinking water early in the morning, and insanity, and watching portions ans counting calories (fat secret). No fast food little to no soda or processed foods, and not eating after 7-8pm and drinking a lot more herbal teas to suppress my appetite.

Regimen: Eating mostly Protein, Fruits, Veggies, & Nuts, with one Low Carb Item a day. I plan to also make sure that I eat three meals a day and have two snacks. I will drink mainly water and stay away from soda and juices even my favorite Crystal Light. I'm also trying to improve my skin so that is main reason why I want to refrain from processed foods.


* I had lost -76 lbs and sadly this year was really tuff for me with things that happend in my life and I gained back +46 lbsCry but I know what I have to do so I am starting over.

Beginning weight: (if you want to post it) I'm not 100% sure, but the last time I was weighed, I weighed 145 pounds. It's possible that I weigh anywhere from 145 - 150.

Total lbs for goal: Depending on how much I actually weigh, 25 - 30 pounds.
Total lbs lost so far for goal: 0 - I haven't started yet.
Regimen:

 
  • No more sodas (not even Ginger Ale)! Seriously cut down on the amount of juice I drink a week -- no more than 2 glasses a week.
  • Drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water daily.
  • Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables.
  • Limit the amount of snacking, unless I'm snacking on veggies or fruit.
  • Attempt Insanity. OR, find a routine that works for me and stick with it.
  • Eat three meals a day with snacks in between.
