~~MY UPDATE~~
I'll be doing Friday updates since I told my husband to hide the scale from me.  I became to obsessed with weighing several times a day!

Current weight: 224
Total lbs lost as of what date: 8/20/09  14 lbs
How many lbs till goal: 39 lbs
Changes in regimen: haven't had as many meal replacements. one a day and if its too late i'll drink one as my dinner.  missed breakfast the last two days, I know bad girl.  I'm only down 3 lbs since Sunday.  Rest of regimen still the same.  Eating more protein though and less carbs when I can.

Regimen:

Walking 2 miles 6 days a week
Weight training 30 minutes a day M/W/F lower body T/TH upper
Abs 100 situps morning and night

Start Date: 08.22.09
Beginning weight: 153 lbs (pretty muscular already)
Current weight: see above
Total lbs for goal: 13 lbs
Total lbs lost so far for goal: 0 (starting)
Regimen: Just ordered clen, so waiting for it to arrive.
My current typical regimen is

Cardio: 4-5 times per week (daily goal is 3 miles on the Elliptical machine in 20 minutes or less)

Weight training 3 times per week divided up as follows:
Monday - Back/Bi
Wednesday - Legs/Shoulders
Friday - Chest Tri


In January 2007, I was at my heaviest ever - around 175 lbs. By March of 2007, I was down to 157. I was in a serious relationship May 07 - Sept 08 and gained some back. After the breakup, I got back down to my current weight of 153 and holding steady (sometimes dips to 150). I want to finally get rid of those last 10 lbs or so, thus why I ordered the Clen. Good luck to me

For the first two months: 4 day diet, SS, jumping rope for 5 minutes,  lifting light weights 5 days per week. 
Now I have become lazy so I try to eat healthy. I need to get back on my grind. LOL
