So I'm starting this topic.  Lets see if it works out and lasts.  I know alot of us are doing different things to reach our goals(dieting, pills, etc) and so we usually hang around in that topic.  Well I was thinking how about we use this topic only to check in.  Lets put our starting stats and then come thru once a week or however and just update everyone on your progress.  I think this will help keep us motivated.  what do ya'll think?
I love reading about progress and lbs lost!!

So I'll go first! I'm very embarassed of my weight but to be successful I must admit the truth, so here goes:

Start Date:8/7/09
Beginning weight: 238
Current weight: 227 as of 8/16/09
Total lbs for goal: 53
Total lbs lost so far for goal: 11 lbs
Regimen:Bethel s30, slimfast, securemeal shakes, 400 situps a day, run a mile on track 6 days a week. Just started running 4 days ago though.

Regimen: super slim, gla, coconut oil; elliptical machine or treadmill at least 3x/week for 30 min - 1 hr

Regimen: reduce portions
               eat anything i want from hunger to satisfaction (5 times a day)
Exercise: Spinning every other day for 60 minutes with heavy resistance   for my legs
                step or reebok with dumbells for my top half

Ia m going to start fresch today.  I have been tryingn for a while and have been successful.  I got side tracked with my wedding a few months ago.

I started a week ago, but it will be good to start fresh. I was not exercising as much as i intended.

Beginning weight: 174
Current weight: 174

Regimen: Smaller portions, Increase in fresh fruit and veggies. Increase in water intake. 30 min workouts 3 days a week. 2mile run once a week. Bethels 30 (Soon as they get here)

Regimen:  45 min of cardio minimum 3 days a week, increase water intake (i barely drink any so I didnt give a number).
 
I'll probably be starting Bethel s30 or I'll take phentermine not too sure yet.

Regimen:
Cardio Daily (Elliptical/Treadmill/Stairclimber/Inside Track/Outdoor Track)
30-60 minutes sessions
(If need be I take a rest day.... and don't feel bad about it)  Have to listen to my body
 
Strength Training:  Starting this week with AM workout with weights at home.  I have a workout from diet.com that I have put together and I also have one that I used from Sparkpeople.com.
 
I will increase reps and intensity as my body responds to the exercies;
 
Diet/Exercise Schedule:   This is my proposed schedule for the start of school and while not working.  Once I secure a job ofcourse my schedule will change to exercise in the PM only.
 
8:00am     Strength Training
9:00am     Protein Smoothie
10:30am  Walnut/Almonds about 10-15 for snack
10:30am  To the gym for cardio 45 minutes
12:00pm   Veggie Salad/Steamed or Boiled Veggies baked Chicken/Tuna Kit
1:30pm     Protein Smoothie
4:30pm     Fruit/ Couple slices of deli turkey
7:30pm     Avocado/Cilantro/Garlic/Onions and Whole Wheat crackers
 
Plenty of water all day always working towards a gallon daily.
 
Diet aids:  Mega Green Tea with Hoodia

Total lbs for goal: wanna be 180lbs so 56 pounds
Total lbs lost so far for goal: 6 pounds lost
regimen: I'm on the low carb vegetarian diet by rose Elliot, it exactly the same as atkins but vegetarian, I only managed to exercise once during the last week cause of induction flu, but I'm step stepping it up this week cause I'm outta the haze!

Regimen: Work out 3 times a week. Low Calorie diet.

I started taking my Phentmine ( half pill every other day) this morning.

Will start taking Apple Cider Vinegar tomorrow morning and considering taking CLA and/or  Coconut Oil.
