Thats because your burning more calories, the more you weigh the more calories you burn, so you need to up your calorie intake. i was stuck at 130 but now I'm uppin the calories some more it seems to be working.

I did not realize that I had to increase my calories, but I did. It is hard to eat that much food. trying to get to 140lbs for now

Gurl who you tellin.. i understand how you feel it was so easy to pack on the pounds in the beggining

how long have you been on periactin? You should at least give it a couple of weeks to kick in. good foods to eat, peanut butter, rice, pasta, nuts, almonds, etc, bread, nutella is really good it has ALOT of calories in it, making your own shakes with heavy cream really helps pack on the pounds.

How do you do your heavy cream shakes or what do you put in it. I need to move that scale up.

I just recently started taking Periactin again. When i take them along with 2 ensure plus a day i usually gain. But enaure is expensive and i hate shakes. So, i'm trying to find out what high calorie foods are out there.

I hear ya..

my shakes are not  healthy...LOL A cup of milk, a cup of HC, and strawberry syrup,

sometimes i add ice cream to it, bananas, or, peanutbutter whatever you like really, I'm lazy with mine cuz i hate using the blender everyday, sucks cleaning it out.

I always wanted to try ginseng because its a natural herb, with periactin there are side effects, well just one, it makes your very sleepy, but for me it only lasted about a week.

i don't know if you  like it, but i think nutella is really good it really helps pack on the pounds.. i always eat like 4 slices of bread,  thats like 800 calories, maybe more. only when i have my chocolate cravings though lol.

this side effect doesn't sound very bad if you take periactin at night.
