Hey Ladies! Just wanted to share my results with you all. Started At: Old: 127 NEW: 139 Old: 34-26-36.5 and area around upper thigh 21 NEW: 36-27.25-40 upper thigh 23 inches
There was a delay in updating my results because I seriously needed to detox. It was more of a mental and spiritual detox but I ended up losing some weight after it. I was a vegetarian when I first posted. I am now vegan (not consuming any animal products) and still gaining. No, not even fish.
I have grown into most of my clothes (they were baggy to start) or out of them. What I have learned about weight gain is that it does take consistency. I thought I would never gain weight and I stopped weighing myself because it was so frustrating to see those numbers decrease or stay the same. Keep hope alive Sistahs!

it took about 3 1/2 months. i gained 10 pounds a month. I was taking periactin. If i wasn't breastfeeding at the time I think I would have put on more weight than that. It made me eat like crazy, and drinking lots of ensure.

@ evolver congrats thats wonderful, i know i sound dumb but i really don't know. How are you able to gain weight without eating meat?

I'm the same way i gain weight in my lower body..I haven't grown any boobs at all  . If you a pear most likely you won't get any boobs from weight gain.

@Twisted_Angel lol…it's ok, I'm asked that quite often . You don't need me to gain weight. I gained through lots of healthy fats, protein (from plants), and working out. I ate a lot of avocados, rice and beans, quinoa, coconuts spinach, nuts & seeds, etc. I also purchase a pair of ankle weights and wore them all day. I wear a lot of pants and jeans so I was able to cover them up.

Hi Ladies! I'm having a hard time gaining with periactin and ensure. I hate shakes so those are not an option. So, what are u ladies eating as meals and snacks? How many times a day are u eating full meals or snacking?

Thats because your burning more calories, the more you weigh the more calories you burn, so you need to up your calorie intake. i was stuck at 130 but now I'm uppin the calories some more it seems to be working. |
I did not realize that I had to increase my calories, but I did. It is hard to eat that much food. trying to get to 140lbs for now
