Yes, it is suppose to help increase the appetite. It worked for the first few days, but then I slept more than I ate, so I stopped. I have only been taking maca and royal jelly (inconsistently). I just make sure I eat enough calories while keeping it healthy as possible, exercise, and drink heavy cream shakes. Its helping so far. Hopefully, I can reach 135 by Thanksgiving.

The scale right now is reading 124.8. I still have to make my heavy cream shake and take the maca/royal jelly. I have to go purchase more food tomorrow because I have pretty much cleaned out my fridge! Hopefully, I will reach my gold, but I don't think it will be an issue since I gained 10lbs in two weeks.

I would like to join the weight gain challenge.. I use to be around 160 lbs from hs up until 2003 FINE AS WINE! im 5'8.... Then unexpectedly my bf passed from a heart attack and i shrunk to 125-130 in a matter of like a month.. Gaining weight has been hard for me.. i just got back to weighing 151 and cant go past that.. it took about 2 yrs to go from 135-151 because i dont eat alot.. I recently ordered my periactin and am ready to gain my weight to be back at my 160-165! I tried periactin before but didnt like the drowsiness but ready this time around!

weighed myself today and I was 120-121lbs !!! Most I've ever been . I'm more motivated than ever to eat . Eating used to be a problem for me but not anymore. Plus my booty looking right lol .
Also ladies, heavy cream shakes ? Sounds awfully disgusting an unhealthy to me, sorry. Why don't you guys try a more healthy approach ? I use a Lean Protein Powder from GNC, it comes with 25g of protein , 8g fiber, 24 vitamins and minerals at 200cals a serving .. Along with oat bran that helps blood glucose levels . Add some peanut butter, banana, and soy milk and you have yourself a high calorie shake that isn't gonna give u cellulite . Just a suggestion ladies happy gaining !!!

Is soy milk good as in taste? Im willing to try healthy weight gain instead of from the unhealthy junk food.. Also what are other protein shake powders that are healthy and YUMMY without the after taste or the gritty taste?? I dont really eat peanut butter but heard that is GREAT for protein and with trying to gain weight..I guess it wouldnt hurt to put in a shake.. :)

Hello Ladies!
I am checking In I'm at a solid 130.6! & loving It, my goal Is finally set for 135...It's just really another path keeping the weight on If It wasn't for this forum I would still be 104lbs so I really wanted to thank everyone's Input. Oh! and I'm not taking "Up Your Mass" anymore even though It taste good, I wanted something with more Cals & I ran out of It to fast. I'm now taking "Serious Mass" the scoops are huge It says to take 2 sometimes I do, sometimes I split them up one in the morning, one at night anyway It has 1250cals with water & 1630cals with milk I use milk & it has a list of things you can add to the drink so anyone looking to pack on the weight I say go for it. I'm also exercising in the gym 3-4xs a week happy growing ladies!
