LMAOO I've sort of always been a biggin. Been dieting since I was 8 even though I was horseback riding, playing tennis, doing gymnastics, and running track and all my mom would feed me was salads, tuna, water, rice cakes, and 100% juice and I still continued to gain weight anyway. Not a clue.

But hmmm let's see. Eat lots of starch and red meat. Don't do anything but lay if u don't have to lol. Actually! My best friend just achieved her weight gain goal... ill ask her what she did and report back.

ugh...this whey protein taste gross..I've tried mixin it with so many things and its just...blah...I'm gagging...so back to these nutritional drinks...they taste way better...I'm done with wheyy for good...glad my scale is broken...i know I'm not gaining right now:(...

Okay checking In at 131.4 since I'm only 5'2 I plan to max out at no more than 135, because right now my bootay Is looking fat lol with the weight gain. I stopped taking the Apetamin only because the BC pills my doctor gave me make me so hungry! To point I'm mad If I don't eat, I crave 3 coarse meals, and sometimes don't get full off that. So now I need to watch It I don't want to gain more than my max...

Hi guys I am a lurker lol but I have been following this challenge for almost a year starting in April ..
I started at 108 I am now 134. I'm 5'6 , 32-stomach, 39/40-hips/butt..I'm trying to reach 145-150 is that too big? I'm a pear shape but recently I took maca root and I noticed my shape looks like its Changing ,, is that possible? I also feel like my body just doesn't take foods and processes them to the right places like they use to when I firt started the challenge ? Anything for thT? Any tips on how to
