ah, great progress. I might take a look into this nutruvian stuff. I've gained 7lbs without any supplements in 20days before I wonder how much i'd gain from this lol

I can't wait to get my beefcake shake that i ordered yesterday from angel gurls link...these appetite stimulants so sometimey...one day I'm starving...the next day i have no appetite....smh

i already gained 2 lbs with periactin. but now im back on my protein shakes and put myself on a ~3500 cal diet so **hopefully** i should be seeing weekly results.

i started the gym too. hopefully that doesn't make it harder for me to gain, but summer is right around the corner and i can't be going to the beach lookin preggo -___- periactin makes me sooo bloated, sucks lol

that's great! my lazy ass don't work out...lol just make sure u eat more carbs than protein...don't rely on shakes as your main source...let them be an addition... i tried to gain with shakes only it doesn't work at all.. too much protein can kill carbs...i was actually losing weight. just my two cents hth btw u doin great keep it up

thanks girl... i eat rice, beans, & chicken for lunch and dinner. at least 3 bananas and an orange a day, oatmeal & tons of peanuts. the shakes are just supplemental. ^_^

Hey! I know I'm late but I want to jump on the WGC, I range between 128lbs - 132lbs but want to to get up to 140-145lbs by May? (I'm 5'5 btw) I ordered peractin a few weeks ago and started taking it monday and it really did enable me to eat alot more! I haven't weighed myself since I've been taking it but should be this weekend. Hopefully I've gained some, my belly has been bloating after every meal :/
