Yes GNC sales UYM, I love the Cookies N' Cream and Vanilla they taste good. Some GNC will have the smaller cans or only the bigger ones you won't get much In the smaller cans though, and Its 810 cals ...


I have a fetish with weighing myself through out the day, so I'm going to hide the scale LOL and try to make It to Monday with out weighing myself, then Ill try to do it once a week...

I would like to know too I loove nutella and its high in calories...i suck at makin my own shakes they always come out disgusting

Nature valley 450mg, 4 times daily
I do notice slight cellulite in my lower thighs so maybe it is working & Im not putting enough weight on to notice the change. I dont mind the cellulite lol.

My butt looks jigglier and fatter but it's still at 36". I keep measuring myself, I am so excited!
Not sure how much weight I have gained so far. I forgot to take the protein shake yesterday. I might work out tomorrow.
