The best way to gain in the right places is workout. some women have success with sp but they complained about a bigger belly.

Does anybody know a good weight gainer protein besides whey...i was thinkin soy protein but I'm usin booty stacks cream and gonna take sp so i think that would be estrogen overload ...i need something i can buy in a store...most these shakes I'm finding i can only order them online

I like "Up Your Mass" and "Serious Mass" Is a good one to, I like UYM better because It taste like what It says, and you can add things to It. I used to add Ice Cream It helped me a lot when I first started, I just bought more. I came a long way when I first started I was 104, the most I made It to was 134-136. I want to be 135 solid, need 10 pounds...

some women did lose weight on sp that's why they stopped.. for me it made me lose belly...the woman's body is soo confusing lol
