I'm at 136 now after taking 1/2 tab of periactin each night with my high calorie shakes along with high carb meals. i couldn't do a whole tab did that last weekend and couldn't function was wayyy toooo sleepy so i'm doing a half tab instead. 3 lbs in one week if i do this for the whole month i may get past my goal of 140 but we'll see once my waist size doesn't go up much that'll be ok.

periactin doesn't make me really eat more cause i LOVE food anyway but my metabolism is really high so it slows it down allowing me to put on weight easier. eating at night is one easy way also of putting on weight eat alot of calories right before bed that's when i have my hc shake

3 lbs in one week!!!!ClapClap I need to get scale back to start weighing in. You girls are truly pushing me to my goal. Thank you for posting your resultsHandshake. Right now I am eating like crazy without the help any appetite stimulant. Could it be the maca?

yeah some girls have said maca increased their appetite so that sounds right. i couldn't believe i gained 3 lbs already either that's why i probably will end up going past my goal but i'll see how it looks on me

I've gained maybe 15 to 20 pounds but I cant keep up with the weight gaining man how do y'all do it I am bout to go back to being skinny again lol it takes no effort on my part and it's cheap honestly I probably spent over a $1000 on food in the last couple months eating large amount of food 4 to 6 times a day I wish I could keep this weight without paying so much for it. Any ideas or suggestions the perks of being thick aint even all that lol my butt has grown maybe 5 inches and my legs aint gets not bigger this looks like a dump truck on my back lol

For me once i get to a certain weight i seem to stall there and just have to eat to maintain. i won't gain anymore unless i work hard at it eg once i get to 135lbs i basically stay there with 'normal' eating but if i start to lose i lose FAST and then stop at 115lbs. if you don't maintain adequate calories you're going to lose weight and end up back where you started. you shouldn't have to eat like your still trying to gain but you can't eat like you did when you were skinny

For me I have to eat a certain amount of calories so I do not lose any weight and if I don't it comes off pretty fast. At one point I use to weight 135 lbs because I was not keeping up I had drop to 125lbs in about 3 weeks. Now I find it easy to gain and maintain.

Here's so some of the things I do to add calories:

I buy the big tube of yogurt instead of the individual ones .(Buy a individual on just to use the container for measurement)

12 oz yogurt-----------340 calories
1/2 cup granola-------200 calories
2 tbsp wheat germ---100 calories
          Total                640 calories


Frosted mini wheats w/ milk 310 calories
banana---------------------------100 calories
Total                                      410

Nuts Emerald walnuts & almonds--------700 calories whole box/ $2.39

Bagel & Nutella-------------470 calories
Ensure-----------------------350
Total--------------------------820


 2 Potatoe boil---------------220 calories
3 scrambles eggs------------240
2 bacon------------------------90
olive oil-------------------------100
milk/ add in eggs----~~       30
Total----------------------------650

HC shake
milk------------------150
ice cream---------- 130***optional whey protein
dry milk power-----160
peanut butter------200
olive oil--------------100
wheat germ--------100
banana--------------100
vanilla yogurt------100
total-----------------1110

about--------------3630 calories

Dinner not even included. I eat the other way around. Breakfast time I can't eat cereal that's snack. I might eat scramble eggs and plantains have to be heart,y that's just me. I keep this same menu for one week. Sometimes you have to add little things to boost up the calories.

I can't drink HC shakes anymore, it gave me booty but I was bloated and lookin HUUGE.
 
I won't be startin my journey up again until I get this cream for my tummy...
 
those four pounds all went to my tummy I gained another inch=(
 
I was really upset in the ginseng thread...just venting..not gonna give up just yet...
 
Lol I don't wanna gain 20 pounds and it be all stomach tho
