hi d lux555 im trying to put on weight also im 35 and weight only 145 im trying to get back to 170lbs because i was thick and all my weight went to my bottom half including my stomach....... right now im 32a-30-38 so i guess i will try the russian bear 5000 weight gain protein shake to see if i can gain any weight |
try first losing some inches off your waist...that would make your butt look bigger and your body would be more defined.

@Thyckshawty.Those were my starting stats and now you can see my current in my sig, gain weight if that feels right, you can lose the waist inches anytime.
to quickly lose inches on your waist
•smoothie/shake diet •stomach vacuums •cutting out sugar, salt •regular ab/ back/ core exercise routine
^ i lost an inch in my tummy doing this last week ^ |

Thanks Twisted! How's your progress with apetamin? I didn't take for a few days (maybe a week) and today I took before breakfast and before lunch and felt really sleepy...took an hour nap! I guess if you stop and restart with the apetamin, the side effects get you (again).

Have you tried some kind of appetite stimulant like periactin or apetamin? I
have a ridiculous hard time gaining weight because, although I eat a
lot, I am active and burn all the extra calories consumed. But now that
I'm taking apetamin I have been putting some weight, which is a true
miracle because I haven't been over 115lbs in 7 years!

check the ingredients. the only reason why I bought apetamin it was because it had the same ingredients as periactin. If ectoplan has the same ingredients too, it won't help you at all...
