I am a newbie to this site... been lurking for a week or so though, lol. Ok, so I am 33 yrs old and struggled with "slimness" since... well, forever (95-100 lbs, 5'2"). Telling me, "OMG girl you are so skinny/tiny/itty bitty/little (etc..)" makes me feel as insecure and upset as someone overweight being told that they look huge. This is so difficult to explain to folks though for some reason.
Anyway, I'm so happy to have found this forum and I'm alllll about this Weight Gain Challenge!! For 7 days I have been:
500mg Maca (NOW brand) -will increase to 1000mg in a week
500mg Pueraria Mirifica (Ainterol) -will increase to 1000mg in a week
Squats and lunges
Eating PB&J sandwiches like it's my damned job! lol
Drinking whole milk
Oh and breast massages for NBE, LOL... I know that's for a different forum, but....
So far my results have gone from 31A (ugh)-25-33 to 31A(ugh)-25-34... so basically everything the same except my butt/hip has grown an inch. My weight has gone from 102-105 but I don't see any change in the mirror. I feel like I LOOK like the same skinny, curve-less woman in the mirror... but whatever... one step at a time, right?
The hardest part is forcing myself to eat and exercising... however I quit smoking almost a week ago so that is helping me eat a little more.
For my whole life, I have accidentally developed eating habits that definitely do not help me gain weight. For example, I normally just eat when I'm hungry... not real meals... mostly snacks... never eat breakfast....
It is so hard for me to follow through with ANYTHING... I'm so happy reading through everyone's journey on here because you all inspire me to stick with it, so thank you and I wish us all happy growing!
Also, if you have any suggestions (food, exercises, etc...) for other things I can do to increase my bust/butt inches but keep waist the same, PLEAASE LET ME KNOW! :)
