mmmmm that doesn't make sense especially because it also depends of your height, where the weight goes when you gain (for example for me I always gain or lose on boobs and butt, but some will also gain on the belly and if they don't work they will have thick love handles), if you're working out to tone your body, etc

You might as well start to gain weight while you work out and stop gaining when you look yourself in the mirror and like what you see Heart

They do have websites where you can type a weight and a height in and it will show you an image..

Anyways I've been taking apetamin and it made me soo sleepy that I can only handle one dose.
Plus its not gonna last that long anyways they don't give you alot of it. Its in a weird ass alcohol lookin bottle tho lol
 
I started my journey last saturday i went back to 134 today I'm 137.8 So I'm hoping I can continue to gain 3 pounds a week lol that would be great.
 
I would love to be 160 by valentines day but idk about that lol. If you eat enough you can pack on the pounds quickly but I'm on a budget.

Since I'm not good with swallowing pills, I usually just empty 3 SP pills and put them In a cup then add warm water just enough to take a shot before bed & that's it. Some people see results fast or slow, and SP may only work in some areas or all ex. Boobs, butt, thighs, & can make you hungry. You wont know until you find out since everyone's body reacts differently. Good luck!

That's interesting....maybe I'll try in the future for butt and/or breast growth.
Today the scale at the gym was hitting 120lbs but I want to weight myself without shoes to be sure...

I read that the saw palmetto berries are the most potent.
 
Anyways, I'm seriously thinkin about trying ginseng from that usa seller on ebay.
 
This apetamin was working at first...but its not anymore. Plus I think its too expensive for 200ml and it says to take a dose before every meal
 
that means it could be gone in a week smh.

I am a newbie to this site... been lurking for a week or so though, lol. Ok, so I am 33 yrs old and struggled with "slimness" since... well, forever (95-100 lbs, 5'2").  Telling me, "OMG girl you are so skinny/tiny/itty bitty/little (etc..)" makes me feel as insecure and upset as someone overweight being told that they look huge.  This is so difficult to explain to folks though for some reason.
Anyway, I'm so happy to have found this forum and I'm alllll about this Weight Gain Challenge!! For 7 days I have been:
500mg Maca (NOW brand) -will increase to 1000mg in a week
500mg Pueraria Mirifica (Ainterol) -will increase to 1000mg in a week
Squats and lunges
Eating PB&J sandwiches like it's my damned job! lol
Drinking whole milk
Oh and breast massages for NBE, LOL... I know that's for a different forum, but....
So far my results have gone from 31A (ugh)-25-33 to 31A(ugh)-25-34... so basically everything the same except my butt/hip has grown an inch. My weight has gone from 102-105 but I don't see any change in the mirror. I feel like I LOOK like the same skinny, curve-less woman in the mirror... but whatever... one step at a time, right?
The hardest part is forcing myself to eat and exercising... however I quit smoking almost a week ago so that is helping me eat a little more.
For my whole life, I have accidentally developed eating habits that definitely do not help me gain weight. For example, I normally just eat when I'm hungry... not real meals... mostly snacks... never eat breakfast....
It is so hard for me to follow through with ANYTHING... I'm so happy reading through everyone's journey on here because you all inspire me to stick with it, so thank you and I wish us all happy growing!
Also, if you have any suggestions (food, exercises, etc...) for other things I can do to increase my bust/butt inches but keep waist the same, PLEAASE LET ME KNOW! :)
