I just ate so much...3 times a day..you know the regular stuff you do..but now I only eat about 2-1 a day and they aren't big meals

I had to leave it alone because I dont have any money right now to go grocery shopping. I will start it up again Wednesday. Big smile

I have but today I didn't.
I already gained some weight since I didn't go to the gym for 3 weeks + I wasn't being as active due to the holidays and other issues so I'm hoping the apetamin helps me gain 5-10lbs by the end of the month.

Btw, that thing won't last that long since it's only 200ml....

I think I already gained some weight! With shoes off, the scale at the gym hits 117lbs.
I also measured myself this morning before eating and my butt grew half an inch! Not sure if it was the weight gain or the fish oil.

You sound like me. My weight keeps going up, and down though (ugh) I'm trying to at lest maintain 130 but 135 is my max if I gain more. Maintaining is the hard part for me. I also stop going to the gym so much I notice, I was weighing more but looking smaller not what I'm going for. But as for the boobs when that happens to me Saw Palmetto usually does the trick I open 3-4 caps before bed mix with water and 1-2 weeks my boobs fluff right back up lol.


But good luck everyone I was 104 when I started now 130 just trying to keep it

Okay so Saw Palmetto is giving my body life lol. I have been taking it before bed every night, & my lower half esp my butt is getting thicker in that area, & even feels like it. Someone told me the other day "All your weight goes to your lower half" Big smile I took it awhile ago but I stopped because it was giving me 2 periods a month, I think I was taken to much. But now that I got it right I'm gaining in the right areas...
