So I read you need 10 calories per pound to maintain your current weight, and 15-20 calories per pound to gain weight
So I really only have to eat 2400 calories a day. I try to get to 2500 sometimes 3000 if its a good day for me
I was 130 last year and currently 120. I would lik to get back to 130-135. My boobs look so flat and I want them back how they use to be. Perky and full!

It sounds like u have a plan! I'm looking into maca root is there a specific brand?? Im working on 3 big meals a day plus dunns nourishment drink. I started yesterday will hopefully add the maca. Once I see some weight gain ill be adding 2 days of exercise per week but for now im working on my appetite the aim is 2500 calories.

When I used maca it was by Natrol. I was doing 100 squats a night and my thighs really bulked up. I probably lost it all now though Once I gain my weight back Im gonna start working out again. Abs thighs and booty. Theres a guru on youtube I follow who did some brazilian butt lift workout and it seems interesting. Cant wait for the weather to clear up so I can bike ride again

Oh and I ordered Apetamin. Cant believe I never heard of that before. I use to always think why is there SOOO many products out there to help supress appetites but none to increase it? Hopefully thatll help my appetite though. The ciplactin works but I dont wanna depend on those. Plus they are really expensive

Hey ladies I am back on my weight gain challenge. I tried Periactin but it made me really sleepy  . I am now on a mission to gain 20lbs in 3 months. I have a pretty healthy appetite so I plan on taking a half of peri at night. I am drinking Muscle Milk Shakes 3 times a day ( I Love the taste!) I started at 118lbs I am now back up to 125lbs. I weight train every other day for my butt and thighs. I have a squeem and a corset to waist train also. My supplements are: Maca EPO L-Glutamine L-Argentine Current 33-25.5-36 125lbs Goal 34-23-38 145lbs

hello ladies im new this site as a member but i have been following the journey for a while, i started at 5'4 110 a year ago with the p-pill's help and now a year later im between 123-125. id like to be 130-135 but no matter what i do i cannot get past 124. i have gone on and off the pill, i eat way more than i used to and still no gain.
any tips ?

Ok, I received apetamin yesterday. I also measured myself and discovered that I gained another half an inch, so I have a 36" butt. My waist increased as well but it doesn't look bad. I do want to go down to 23. I think I gained this extra inch because I didn't go to the gym for 3 weeks and I have been less active lately. I felt really drowsy yesterday at 9pm, after taking the apetamin 2 or less hours earlier. It does say on the box that apetamin can cause drowsiness. I hope to gain 10lbs with this. I am going back to the gym today and I'll be squatting with weights twice a week. I think 3x wasn't helping much because the muscles couldn't rest, so I was getting a harder butt instead of bigger, even though I was adding extra weight.

I think the side effect of apetamin is getting to me because today I had it before lunch and took an hour nap.
