This ginseng doesn't work for me it doesn't make me hungry...I'm gonna take the rest of my periactin..two a day.

I'm anxious to get to 160 its taking forever and I'm gettin impatient...i might try cb1

Anyways...i was gainin with whey protein before but i would just drink one before bed..so that's what ill do..lol every time i change my methods my growth slows down i should of stuck with my first method in the beginning

Ugh..I lost the 4 pounds I gained last month. I am back to 112lbs Cry
I am starting to think that the fish oil did nothing for my butt and it was the result of weigh gaining...

I read that if want fat from whey protein you have to drink over your  body daily requirement. To find out how much you should do this: 0.91g for every lb. For ex. 0.91 x 140=127.4 g. If you drink last then that it will turn to muscle not fat but if you drink more the reminder will turn to fat. Will try to post it or google "will whey protein turn to fat". THT

According to that formula i need 127.58g.. two scoops of whey protein...good to know cuz i was only gonna have 1 and ill drink it during the day instead bed time..

of been researching and its true..protein can turn into fat if you drink the right amount

Just started college and I am going up and down the stairs 4 times a week...I will quit the stairs for a while. I also took a break from the apetamin because I am kind strapped on cash and can't be buying more food every week.

But I just bought this protein shake that I used to take back in November and it really helped me gain 4 lbs. I will take before and after I work out.
