It's funny that a subject like this appeared in here. I'm currently on the hunt for my own wedding dress (and trying to keep my budget low). Atm, being a plus size girl doesn't lend me too many options when it comes to wedding dress styles but what do you think about a pear shaped figure in a trumpet gown. I've read so many articles online saying if you're plus sized, just go A-line or ball gown but that's not practical being that my wedding's gonna be in my backyard.

all the "my special day" attention aside, i've never understood this rationale. 

why would you purposefully want your bridesmaids (your beloved friends/family) in (expensive) unflattering dresses and photographic evidence of such? LOL
