Or, the black fools who think Creole = light skin. My grandma bucked and married for love and said to hell w/ the paper bag. She was straight 7th ward, her mom was Glapion, and direct decendent of Marie Leveau.

Girl I'm not even home tho lol. But my family is like that also. They all(the older folks married almost white people because of that dumb ass sh*t. When my mom got together with my dad, the old folks almost had a heart attack. They've gotten better as the years have passed but its always been a dumb ass way of thinking.

I wish while I was living here last year I'd have taken a pic w/Black Santa. I didn't have a pic w/ dude when I was younger. That dude is a LEGEND in NOLA!
