I read it when it first came out & I didn't understand it.
It was kind of unrealistic but I took an African studies course and understood it a whole lot more.
But I still thought it was kind of unrealistic.

She's coming out with Midnight 3 so I'm hoping that'll explain how he got caught up with Santiaga especially after she exuded so much strength and maturity.
Right there was absolutely no connection between Midnight and Coldest Winter Ever. I still want to know what happened when he went to get his wife. I'm loving Zuri Day and Rochelle Allers right now.

I didn't like Midnight for some reason. I didn't hate it, but I was expecting it to wow me like CWE and it didn't. I agree with you Sunshine, it was a little off. Still an okay read tho.

Thats exactly how I felt about Midnight.
CWE was kind of pushing it for me with being realistic but Midnight was kinda..eh
