| Exactly Kami...kinda like upstairs too. This hair game will drive someone to say "eff this, I rather wear my real hair". I don't understand how people hold loyalty to a company that they are not making any money from? The vendor mentioned in the group, I had both good and bad experiences with them...still dealing with the bad . They only loyalty they should have is their money being used to purchase from these companies.

Especially when its a company that is barely a year old. & they have sooo many CS issues. Like cmon now, it can't always be the buyers. I can't believe they ship without insurance. I almost bit the bullet during that straight hair sale but I'm happy I changed my mind. I would have just assumed they ship with insurance. When I purchased with GHOH they did it without me having to request it. Which was a good thing since my carrier did lose it originally but luckily found it. Even that FB GO group ships with insurance.

At the end of the day the customer is now without product and without money. And the company hasn't been helpful in coming to a resolution.
Wait ms. blue you mean the problem from the Cambo sale still hasn't been fixed? It seems as if she has terrible follow through when it comes to rectifying problems.

| YES Kami. Been go back and forth since then. I have been promised a solution that I'm still waiting for. My understanding nature plus being impulsive (which I usually not) is the reason why I believe I'm still in this predicament.

She needs to STOP. Put her company on hold, handle all previous issues and then come back. & it irritates me that people say that the company shouldn't have tot take the loss. Because the company isn't losing the same amount of money for the product that I am. I lose the cost of the hair at the marked up value complete with ribbons. While they lose it at the substantially smaller wholesale value.
