Right Ms. Blue! Ever since November, because I had braids in. "When you get your braids done, I want to do your hair. I want to PRACTICE my weave skills" because i think she went and took a weave class even though she already does hair. ANYWHO, anyone have any recommendations for a tutorial on upart wig for Leave out on the top and sides? And a side part?

| There is a difference between practicing her new inquired weave skills and charging....let her practice on her daughter's head.

okay so mini-rant.My best friend's mother offered to do my hair since she's in weave school or something of the sort. so I said sure thinking she she asked ME to do MY hair, she'd do it for free. Yesterday, my best friend said she's not gonna do it for free, so I'm thinking okay prolly like $50. Nope, her mother wants to charge me $150.
Yeah definitely not going to her. Might look up how to do a u-part finally. | How dare she try to charge you to be her guinea pig?! Yeah, she tried you with that mess. Yay Blue! Glad you dealt with a company who sent you more hair even tho it wasn't their fault. That us top notch customer service. If the hair is good, then it looks like you have yourself a winner.

Here's some pics of my new weave ladies. Got it from a CV, Kinky curly in 4mm.
wet: in twists: took one of the twists out:
the hair is so purty. it was shedding earlier :( and the ends were really tangled but i did a intense Deep Condition so the ends are better. I'm gonna seal again later and hope the shedding stops.
I'll be making my first u-part with this hair tomorrow.

Yeah you can. Just cut the cap so that it does not cover those areas. Section off the areas that you want to leave out, braid/twist your real hair. Put the cap on & outline the areas of the cap that will be covering your braided/twisted down hair. Only sew the wefts onto the area you outlined, sew the u-part down and cut away the excess cap. HTH.
