Sorry ms blue, they are a hot mess, they left me a slip today claiming they attempted to deliver and my package can be picked up at the post office, my hair better be there when I go there in the morning

I know exactly how frustrating and upsetting it can be.
All the back and forth on the phone, filing this & that...
A while back they lost a jacket I ordered, they obviously misdelivered it
because it was showing up as delivered but I never got it...
Did the whole investigation process & never got it SMH
