they don't trust anyone right now. jam, freedom, lovelife and f8 are all suspects.
if jam and f8 are mafia, and the townies are considering to vote off freedom or lovelife.. a tie breaker will kill a townie either way. the only real way you will have a majority vote is if they are certainly voting off a townie.
this is the only way that there will be a real 50/50 chance.

the mafia would be smart to try to go against one another, and then last minute change their votes to the majority. then, they'd win automatically.

never say never. If its 2-2 then you automatically know which 2 are mafia & which are not. Therefor, the town should win by defaul cuz they figured out the killers b4 they got killed.
the other scenario is a 3-1 vote where the 2nd mafia goes with the town to gain the town trust, once in, she convinces a townie to kill the other, leaving it 1-1, making it a draw
