Never!!!Dead

Stainless steel bowl and colander with the tiny legs or a stand at the bottom. Tongue

Huh? Where is this being done and where do you put the water when you're done

The bowl or the colander is in the sink but i never put food in direct contact with the kitchen sink.

Never ever.

Most ppl do it this way but chicken water still ends up in the sink.
Is the same dirty water imo

The problem lies in crosscontamination and time between disinfecting after each type of food is cleaned.
People don't have the time to wash dirt from potatoes then disinfect sink(takes time and lots of water since you don't want to be eating), put the rest of the veggies in the sink with less dirt than potatoes in, disinfect after and then wash the bird in the sink.

What does eating out have to do with anything? And I'd hope anyone with common sense would wash the sink out after they wash dishes.

The funny thing was for the people that were against washing the hands at the sink over dirty dishes, they never cleaned their sink after finally doing the dishes. I had to tell some about the whole baking soda and boiling water thing to get rid of smells

Also those same people turned down hand sanitizer while out in restaurants. Eating appetizers with dirty ass hands.

So you come in from work. You rode all kinds of nasty ass public transportation.
You have dinner to prep.
You heifers mean to tell me that you gonna
1. wash your hands in the kitchen sink
2. disinfect with bleach
3. then wash your chicken/veggies/etc in that same sink minutes later
4. then have to re-bleach your sink?

Sounds like more work than to walk your lazy behind 10 ft to the bathroom to wash your hands
And i hope yall know that bacteria eventually become resistant to certain chemicals/substances after a while if its used too often.

It's veggies not chicken. Did they even change clothes and piss first? Thats some of the first things people do when they get home. Unrealistic.

so you just gonna ignore the fact that i wrote chicken before i wrote veggies eh? okay. and some people get right to the get down, so while it may be unrealistic for you, it may not be for others.

and i was mainly arguing the point some made about it being to much work to walk to the bathroom, when you would be bleaching down the sink twice for no reason.
of course it isnt dirty if you just washed your hands in the bathroom sink and then rinse them before prepping food in the kitchen moments later. that's not the argument here.
Didnt see that but If I'm starting to cook as soon as soon as I get in, I'm washing hands in the kitchen and going for pans or whatever I need. More than likely it's something quick like a sandwich or eggs.
