I'm switching from Ultra Breast to Pueraria Mirifica.

Don't get me wrong, Ultra breast is doing me right, but financially, I know I can more bang for my buck on PM. I can get two months of UB for 30 bucks but I can get over 5 months of PM for the same price. I will be using the Thanyaporn PM straight from Thailand.


I'm getting the 300 capsule pack. This is actually meant to last 3 months if taken daily but honestly, taking PM EVERY DAY is freaking crazy if you actively ovulate and menstruate. If you cycle, this pack can last over 7 months. PM should only be taken in the follicular phase of your cycle because that is when estrogen is naturally higher. You should stop PM just before you ovulate otherwise you won't ovulate. The sudden drop in estrogen is what signals your body to ovulate.

PM IS A STRONG PHYTOESTROGEN! It's almost as strong as actual human estrogen. Take it every day and you will suppress ovulation unless you're in menopause or take a birth control that prevents ovulation! If you cycle PM, you can gain growth and respect your natural cycle. PM is only to be taken in the follicular phase if your monthly cycle is active!

Anyway, I can say that Ultra Breast has given me some growth. My breasts are definitely bigger and I love it! My noogling is still going well and I love the progress I have gained. My journey isn't over, but woooo, my boobs are looking GOOD! I will say goodbye to Ultra Breast with good memories (after finishing the bottle, of course. I have upped my dosage to finish quicker) and move onto PM after doing a milk thistle cleanse and waiting until May's menses.

I just started taking saw palmetto and red clover. Il keep you posted when i start seeing results. Im guessing we will have to continue purchasing them and taking them in order for our breast to remain that size? Or is it permanent?  Im not not sure if i should buy 

Pueraria Mirifica though.

GURLL LET ME TELL U I USE TO BE A 38D NOW IM A 34 DDD THANKS TO ORAL CONTRACEPTIVES I HATE MY BREASTS A LOT, SUCH AS MICROGESTIN AND TRI-SEPTIC THOSE BC MAKES THOSE BAD BOYS GROW AND I NEED SURGERY! IT NEEDS TO BE REDUCED I HAVE A SMALL BACK AND ITS HARD TO FIND BRAS IM ACTUALLY GOING TO PURCHASE NEW AND MORE BRAS THIS WEEKAND BUT ITS FUSTURATING AND EXPENSIVE!

^^^ if it helps explain your growth at all, the fact that you started out at a D means you may be more sensitive to estrogen :-) i dont know the exact science behind it, but women w/ bigger breast tend to respond more dramatically to natural breast enhancements (and BC!).... Either way congrats:)))))) what a blessing !!!!!!

Im sorry if you really do need surgery though :-( there are breast reduction massages and creams online for sure!

And any kind of weight loss may help return them to the original size (if thats what you want :-)) breasts are partly fat tissue and that can be reduced
