Maca isn't really know to be a boobie food, but users do report getting fullness while on it. Not growth, but fullness. If you take pueraria mirifica, TAKE NOTHING ELSE. PM is a VERY powerful phytoestrogen, almost as powerful as actual human estrogen! Do not take anything else with PM that may affect your hormones. Maca is okay to take with PM, it doesn't actually affects your hormones. It just gives your body what it needs to function correctly and your body will balance its hormones because of all the new healthy nutrients on its own. Maca can cause an increased appetite, so be careful. You don't want a bloated belly.  Maca increases the sex drive, though!

yh id heard something about maca for breasts but i think it was with another herb i notice breast heaviness and achs like how they feel when they grew a bit with breast success pills but i started to take it for a bigger butt in the first place, i havent noticed an increase in appetite for food at least lol yet. but i dont eat that much unless i got the munchiesXD On breastnexus.com alot of women seem to get better results with pm using other supplements including herbs like sawpalmetto(its meant to be a anti androgen), and fenugreek/goats rue(for prolactin) so idk i thought that too before pm was the only phytoestrogen to use at once, or iv seen other supplements used with pm to increase growth like l arginine, gaba, other amino stacks or collagen/msm so i might try something like that with my pm and maca

Well, if you want to try PM, try that and only that. FG and SP are what I use (I also take Red Clover). I take maca with them as well. I've been on these four for about a month now, and have had almost a full half a cup size of growth so far. :) I got a full cup on just FG for a month, but it went away, so I know it wasn't real growth. But with the combo I'm using, I have had some pretty strong boobie pains these past two weeks, and the size has stayed, so I have a good feeling about this combination. Also, because of the combo, I've been gaining weight (I'm trying to gain so I can have something to grow with), but it actually looks like I've been losing weight. :) The herbs are making my weight gain move to all the right spots, and I couldn't be happier! It's only been one month, so I can't wait to see what's to come! (I'm not sure if PM has the same "total body effect" that the herbs do, so I can't say for sure on that).

Question, did anyone gain weight in the belly area from fenugreek, royal jelly, or saw palmetto? I'm just asking before I continue, (I just started). If so, I may switch over to just a cream directly on the boobs. Thanks in advance. I'm so afraid of getting weight in the midsection area, don't want to chance it, that is why I stayed away from maca.
