Oh girl, you're good. UB was actually formulated for teens who are underdeveloped in the chest pillows. The only requirement is that you have been menstruating for AT LEAST TWO YEARS.

What you don't want to mess with if you're still growing is herbs. The phytoestrogens will stunt your growth. I unfortunately speak from personal experience. I grew naturally to about a C/D cup but I started using phytoestrogens when I was 17 and well.. I got no success and my boobs actually seemed a bit smaller. I'm not touching phytoestrogens anymore unless Ultra Breast fails me, I'm at least 21, and unless it's pueraria mirifica.

Once you get used to it, it becomes something really casual. I'm noogling with these two cups on my breasts as I type right now. It's no biggie. And I looooove the swelling I get after each session.

It just motivates me because I know I'll be getting to that size sooner or later. When you pump, you gotta pump responsibly. You don't pump until it hurts or until your tit is about to burst or rip off your chest. You pump until you feel a gentle but firm pull.

But eh, different strokes for different folks~ So far, I really am loving it, though!
Don't be so nervous about massage. Trust me, it's a good thing! Think of it as boobie therapy, giving your breasts some TLC after being cooped up in a bra all day. I massage my breasts every day, usually before a noogling session and it feels so good.

Massaging your breasts is nothing to be ashamed or worried about.
