Whaaaaaat SP, FG, and Wild Yam are always used together and da gurlz on breast nexus use it all da time. Wild yam is an aromatase so it provides progesterone to keep da SP from makin u have excess estrogen. It'z a balanced program  Lisa Baby

Yes I have taken them together without problems, but it may not be for people that are estrogen dominant because that would throw you off even more.

I took this everyday for a month lost 3 inches on my waist, gained an inch on my butt, no booby progress yet :p Saw Palmetto 2 pills 3x a day Fenugreek 2 pills 3x a day EPO 1-2 pills a day HTH !

That progress still sounds great (3 inches off your waist and an inch on your butt!). If you massage your breast throughout the day, like 5 or 10 min spurts throughout the day they will probably start growing. I'm wondering if you should add wild yam to your mixture, that also helped me out. But, then again those are what MY body needed at the time. How are your hormone levels? What do you think Lisa Baby?

I have been using the NB for 2 weeks everyday. Just went shopping and im so happy to say ive gained a cup size! I have always been an A and now im a B !!! :)
Mznewbooty, how was your experience with the wild yam? What did you take it with

I already have to order bigger cups :p The results are amazing so far! I swell up to a C and stay at a B all day. I cant believe what the results could be in a year =)
