nah it doesnt hurt me personally, but if your are very boney and flat chested it will take some time to get used to and get suction

guys i'm getting really discouraged with this massaging thing!!!because one day after a message it will fill really fully and good progress then the next morning they back to regular!!!and i massage 2 daily and its not helping ps...im o day 5 with no improvment!!!only swelling somedays!!

I have taken natureday fullfilment and I took it all last month and I gained some boobage, can't technically say how much cause I didn't measure before and after but it's been a good month and a half since I finished my extract and my boobs are still here. They are actually still growing without any vitamans. I've been massaging.

I'm gonna give up on herbs and try bovine ovary. It sounds gross, but the effects simply sound better for breast growth! The bovine ovary sort of puts you back into puberty and reactivates the hormones produced by your pituitary gland that enable breast growth. Not only that, but I feel like me adding phytoestrogens on top of my combination birth control pills just seems like I'm asking for an overload. So! I shall do a one week milk thistle cleanse and start BO and pair it up with the noogleberry for double the growth. Massage will never change in my regimen.  Also, I gotta say, even though I've stopped the herbs, my breasts are still nice and full. I massage at least 3 times a day. I experienced this even before I started my BC again. ^^

Glandular therapy has been here since the 1930s and from what I've researched so far, it gets a thumbs up from me.  Of course there are potential side effects, but literally everything you pop in your mouth has a potential side effect. Will be monitoring my hormones as I go.

3 cups sizes in a year is not far fetched because I have achieved it, and I have the pictures to prove it. I went from a 34AAA to a 34C/34D in about 9 months or so. I've maintained a full 34C, since then. I am now going for a very full 34D, and I will achieve this by December. If you believe you can achieve!
