It really depends on your body. Some women experience more than others. Nothing is EVER set in stone, you may get 2 cup sizes and you may not. You will have quicker results with PM over BO though. But the maintenance with PM is longer

Do you have a special event coming up or something?-You could call it special. I am bringing out the feminine form in me [comfortable with my body] because I see life as a relational adventure with less interested in settling down like Aphrodite woman without giving up sex. [sex for me has to be on a deeper spiritual, physical, and emotional level]

I'm new to this and just started yesterday...I am going to start with Fenugreek and messages with Fenugreek cream.  We'll see how it turns out!
