Actually, this can make your breasts smaller over time. The fat in your breasts will diminish and so will their size.  That's not to say don't work the pecs out, just don't overdo it.

Im currently taking ortho tri cyclen lo dosage, and ive gained weight i went from 116 to 135 and now my bras are 2 small

Yeah i was told that ortho pill does INCREASE BREAST . i heard that from ALOT of people. so yes its true

I think your referring to doing butterflies (on your back). Believe me, I work in the fitness industry and push ups WILL NOT decrease fatty breast tisue. What it WILL do is improve the shape and appearance of the breasts by building muscle beneath the chest area which allows the breasts to look firmer and larger.
Remember, I said 10 a day which is a pretty small amount for those who dont seriously train.

Oh, okay, thanks for clearing that up!  I want them to grow, but I don't want them to be just soft and droopy. Now I know I can keep them firm without compromising size!

Okay, I got my two bottles of fenugreek and I started today. I will take two a day. Both bottles should last me to at least Aug-Sept. Hopefully by then I will see results.
