I thought about getting implants and i still want them. In califorina they cost $2500-2900 and im thinking bout getting them. Well my mom is paying out of her pocket. I had a choice of getting them last year, but i chickened out. Im just giving you guys the natural ways to increase ur breast size. I just know that an increase in estrogen = BREAST GROWTH....
Methods:
** Take these herbs: wild yam and saw palmetto with just a little fenugreek. my friend got amazing results. she was a high A-cup and now she is a High B-cup
OR
**use of oral contraceptives/the Pill. Estrogen = increase BREAST size

I want bigger breast and to go up at least one cup size,but the natural way. I have heard about taking these herbs, but havent tried them yet.
How long did it take before your friend saw results from taking these herbs and is she still taking the herbs. I was just wondering if once you stop taking the herbs does the breast go back to the normal size before.

I am purchasing 2 bottles of fenugreek, along with a bottle of saw palmetto. I will be trying this method next month. Wish me luck.
It will take maybe up to 3-6 months to see results, if im not mistaken

yes you are right. its about 4-5 months. i even started on challenge myself. but its only been a couple of weeks. so im at the beg. stage.
**also evening primrose oil pills - increase breast growth

Im gonna start next month, so by maybe by july-august, we will see some results.

Let me just say that for girls who might still develop, don't take the herbs! You risk losing any potential you might have had growing more on your own later. A lot of women still develop well into their 20's.
And here's a tip that's crucial: MASSAGE! In order to have more succes in breast growth, you should massage your breasts daily, about 2x a day.
There's tons of other tricks, too. There's a natural breast growth forum that you can go to for more details. I'll post the link if you guys want me to.

i just started with fenugreek, along with a bottle of saw palmetto. So its too early to judge. I say you will see results July/Aug. After summer though
