i thought so. i was watching this girl run on the treadmill yesterday. she did 5+ miles in one run going like 8mph the whole way and didn't even break a sweat. her legs were trim (not necessarily super toned) and her butt was nothing to be reckoned with. i was like... well im keeping it under 3 miles forever and always lol.

does that stair climber improve booty? I've always wondered but never got on nit because it looks scary and those ppl on there always look so sad and tired lmao

lmao@pushing boulders around. Right!! I'm never phased at all. Sometimes I'm like... should i take the bus? it's only a mile and a half *starts power walking.* Or if I'm at the grocery store, I'm like... might as well get a good mile in and I walk home with my groceries instead. Or sometimes I'll walk to the farthest dollar general because their store music is better and it means I'm getting some walking done lol.

Lol you are def my twin then :) im the same lol a mile walk sounds good to me at anytime of the day.

I have no clue about the stair climber!!!! Thought i remember reading that someone was using it at the highest resistence for booty growth but like always noone checks back in to report their progress :p it may be good to just mix upyour routine and work some different muscles...... Hmmmmmm now i wonder what part of your booty gets worked walking upstairs?


Oh lol its also fun to walk sideways uphill :) builds the hips but is awkward

i was wondering what that woman was doing!! she was doing sideways up the stairclimber. i was like "shes asking for it" lmao. i'd be scared i'd get all tangled the eff up and go careening right through the glass windows they have behind them lol. im going to do some research to see what i can do with my ankle weight for hip help. there's gotta be something.

i love walking ..when i was in the military we had to do a march..we walked 12miles with our backpacks that was like an extra 10-15pounds it was tough..but i came out of the military really toned. i.even had muscles in my back..that's the only thing that i really miss are the workouts

thx ladies.

went walking yesterday and again today. butt has really been filling out. im starting up really exercising tomorrow, i have to wait for my weights to come in to really go hard though. im just happy tht my butt is growing in the meantime.

If you're walking for the booty, there's gotta be some sort of resistance or extra effort!

If you're on easy flat ground and doing long distances, you might just burn fat and end up with chicken legs like you see on casual runners and joggers.

But you'll see legs and booty on sprinters because of all the muscular effort that goes into sprinting! Hills will give you the right resistance to grow, too!
