So I've been walking alot and just curious to know if anyone has seen progree with booty growing due  to walking? I'm going to challenge myself to walk for at least 30 minutes a day, I actually walk more then that but whatever... 

So far, I've noticed my butt becoming juicer and plump [and my legs are so toned it's crazy] after a good long walk but I wanna kno if it gets any better then this?

I have haitian friends that walks alot and I mean they have booty. They look so fit. Their booty are sitting up high with great tone thighs. Maybe because of all of those hills they have.

walking is a great way to exercise... I've always had a bubbly but..when it went away i started to think...most of the jobs i had in my life kept me on my feet at 4hours or more but when i got a desk job the bubblyness went away. i think its a great way to maintain booty growth also..good job keep it up

Try walking where there are hills or terrain changes. If you go to a park, find spots where they have stairs. Take them two at a time if you can. Small things like this can make a difference over a short period of time. 

Walking is a great exercise to get and keep your lower body right and tight.

i walked a lot to school and around town as a teen and have always had a booty. I have huge thigh and calf muscles also..... Used to be super self consious about it until last couple yrs...

The trick is to walk hard and really push yourself with your legs dont rely on momentum. Choose routes that have hills, inclines and uneven terrain. If noones around try walking lunges uphill until you fatigue.

Try to walk 2-3 miles and get each mile done in 15 minutes

i suppose? I live in philly so aside from all gym work, i walk no less than 2 miles a day but usually 3 and i always power walk instead of meander/wander around. i mean my butt has always been toned, legs the same... but nothing noteworthy nor plump or juicy until i started extra methods and creams. maybe if ur not like a city dweller with no car u'll notice a difference but since i was born and raised  here i suppose im conditioned to needing higher amounts of physical activity by way of booty and leg exercises.

I notice the same thing with my body momento!!!!! Because the muscles are already so developed you have to freakin push boulders around to get a workout. lol i bet ur like me, powerwalk 3 miles and not even be phazed by it :p
