This stuff isn't the same.Cry

Instead of defined curls, its giving me fluffy/poofy hair mass.  And for some reason I swear its not me, but this hair feels a lot heavier.

For those of you that have viewed my myspace page for inspiration to purchase the Wagmans Deep Curl, in most of those photos I'm wearing Wagmans Deep Curl purchased in Feb-March 2007 and yep it lasted me nearly a year.

Over the last few months I've been wearing Wagmans Euro Curl.  I've been quite pleased and I believe the Wagmans Euro Curl purchased in December 2007 is  a closer match to the curl definition that I had with earlier batches of Wagmans Deep Curl.

For purposes of blending with my natural hair, I have used a track of the new Wagmans Deep Curl towards the front edge of my hair, and maybe mixed in 4 tracks with a full install of Wagmans Euro Curl.  Doesn't look crazy or anything, a few girlfriends said that the hair actually looks more "naturaliee."

Anyone that does decide to purchase Wagmans Euro Curl for the spring/summer...I'd advise using Nexxus Hummectrus, distributing through the hair with a paddle brush not comb and allowing it to air dry...it produces a great natural and defined curl pattern.

I'm okay with the hair I have going on now, but I think to appease my curly hair weave addiction I'm gonna try Sultry's Deep Curly next.

that is a shame. Back in 2006 Wagman had great curly hair. I remember when i first got my order from them i posted something like "wow this hair is really curly". I was amazed how much the length shrunk up after first wash because when it arrived it was very flat and measured about right length, but once u wash it it really curled up and got so tight i lost more length than i thought I would. Which i wasn't complaining, just stating that it was TRUE curly hair so each inch is gonna curl tight!

Now i see these pix of DC and it looks like my batch of FBW hair, not curly at all. Even my Eurocurly is curly. I'm sure the hair is still nice tho but i sure hope they get the realy curly back soon. Thank goodness I'm set w/ my 5 lbs i got back in '06 (lol -- me and Essence), but be nice if they could make it like they used to.

I ordered more of the wags ec last month (haven't install yet) but it seems to be fine.  I have the Nexxus Hummectrus leave in.  Do you suggest poo first and use the leave in or just reg conditioner?  sorry you're having a bad experience.

I purchased the DC and was about to walk out the WP location when I saw a pic of one of their customers wearing the deep curl (very similar to yours on the myspace). It was beautiful on her but i knew it was going to be too tight for me.  I prefer softer curls.  I wound up getting the EC instead.  The rep that waited on me told me that they are working on the DC...trying to make the curl not as tight...I guess that explains the changes in their hair's curl pattern.

I just purchased some of the dc in the 8inch and its not that curly.  It's more wavy if anything.  I may as well have gotten the fbw.  Maybe next time I'll try the ec.

It was too curly for me, so it was out in a few days.  Maybe an option for DC refugees?
