Update I have emailed wagman about the issues and I was advised to use wide tooth comb instead of a paddle brush and to avoid putting oil on the weft. After a week if issues persist I was told to call customer service. Thumbs up to them :) I definitely feel hopeful about the situation, it was probably just me doing toomuch product. I will try the suggestions, thanks ladies!

What texture do you have and what brand products are you using?

Seems like your using alot of product. I barely put anything in my Wagmans. The shedding is another story. I would shampoo the hair really good to get all the products residue out, maybe do a Organic Root Stimulator Replenishing Pak deep conditioner. If you don't have that use dove conditioner. I would put any product in it, if its curly the deep conditioning should replenish it, or  maybe just a lil argon oil.

I love my Wagmans but I get nervous now everytime I buy it because lately allot of people are having issues. At 300+ for 2 bundles aint nobody got time for that...

Well I can tell you that both batches of wags that I have does not like product at all. Only water and a lil argan oil other than that it tangles some. When I use nothing but the water/argan mixture I can run my fingers through it all day long with no tangles and bouncy curls. Less is a lot more with Wags Ive learned. HTH

I have Wags NS in right now. I put nothing in it, occasionally just some argon oil after I wash it. If you wash it really good and do a good deep conditioning you should be ok. See how it behaves with no product. I wash my hair maybe once a week. My Wags NC was a different story it like deep conditioning so I washed that maybe twice a week.
Every batch of Wags I had never liked product and they all love Dove shampoos and conditioners.
