The product is amazing.  You will LOVE the results.  I did however use butt building exercises with it as well.  I love http://www.nowloss.com - www.nowloss.com.  Adrian even sends you a free DVD with exercises to build your butt, breasts, hips and shrink your waist.  Workouts are intense and informative.  He even has before and after pics on his website.  I also used the website http://www.improveyourfemalecurves.com - www.improveyourfemalecurves.com.  The lady who runs that site has awesome advice and tips and even has a program where she will custom design a diet and workout plan for your body.  As I stated before I didn't take any before pics but I do have one after pic if you're interested to keep up the motivation.  As with anything just stick with it and visualize yourself with that big booty that you want and it will happen.  I didn't think I would see results but others around me started noticing before I did so don't give up.  As well as don't be afraid to try different things.  What may work for one person may not work for you.  We all are different with different genetic makeups.  So be mindful of that through your growth journey.

I really desire for a butt, could care less about boobs rite now lol i have always been flat & skinny all my life til i had my son, but PPD got to me and i literally starved myself for days at a time and all my weight gain and lil bit of curves i did have quickly melted away in a matter of wks i know, sad, but so true. And i long for a bangin bod so bad i would do whatever it takes to get there to have it

Alright. I just spent an eternity studying Lil Lisa's ingredients and looking at prices of all these things online and side effects. I think I will do her recipe if I get a bonus this week. I won't be using the Maca however, because it increases fertility which i do NOT need lol and I won't be using the Saw Palmetto just because it seems like a superfluous ingredients (to me... based on the reviews I read on it and it's intent).

Do your research first Twisted...don't give in just because a member with less than ten posts said it worked...remember that many vendors sign in to BHM with fake pics trying to sell their useless products.

Make sure the 10% one is really good.
