Hey ladies! If you want to do Callanetics 10 by 10, here you are. Just completed my first hour. I gotta say, I found this video very relaxing and enjoyed most of the exercises. It's like yoga but with less stress on the body. Callanetics is meant to tone you up a bit by working your deeper muscles, so I wouldn't recommend it if you're trying to bulk up. I intentionally skip doing the hip and butt part because I like my hips and butt! I don't want them lean and pancake!
