Yes I'm curious as my soon to be hubby is PRican and I've honestly had better experiences with Hispanic men than black men.
Altho, I've dated Cuban - and they are their own brand of crazy - even among the Caribbean Latino group.

I've found amongst the hispanic men I've dated (Mexican, Cuban, Dominican, Puerto Rican), that for the most part, Cuban men tend to be the most to adhere to the "machisimo" concept and tried far harder to be controlling than other types I've dated. Also they tended to be the most conservative/traditional in terms of male/female roles within the relationship. Of course part of it is upbringing, and for sure, not all adhere to this, but it was my experience.
However, I don't understand how "all hispanic" men are on the "no-no" list. lol
