Luckily i moved from the phones to email response but when u dealin wit they mulah customers can get cray! I jus put myself in they shoes. If they feelin froggy then they gets minimum effort... their mama should of taught them better.

You got me nervous. I just started a job that is a work from home position taking inbound calls from customers ordering from infomercials. I completed the training and I start later today.

They teach you how to handle prank, ghost, obscene, and rude calls. I hope I don't run into these!
